Staff Scheduling and integrated Task Management Software with Microsoft Outlook® IntegrationOur calendar and integrated due date system provides a great way to schedule and track firm tasks and deadlines. Shown below are two screen shots of how this concept works. In the first example, an individual staff calendar for "FOL" displays the popular all-staff view. The all-staff view shows the appointments for all staff on a particular day. Clicking the switch views button lets you toggle back to the traditional single staff view. The firm tasks that have been scheduled for staff members are shown on the bottom right side of the calendar. This view may be expanded vertically by clicking the expand button. Staff have the ability to update the status of their tasks and make notes about their progress. |

In addition, staff can filter and report on the tasks that are outstanding - for example, the items coming due in the next month. System managers can prevent staff from marking tasks as complete by selecting a security option that only permits supervisors to mark a task as complete. Staff are also prevented from deleting firm tasks in this view. A convenient time clock button lets staff create a time slip right from within the firm task window. The footer section of the window is used to update the status of a task as it moves toward completion. The second screen shot shows a setup screen where due date items are assigned and managed for an individual client. Other screens not shown here let you assign due date items by task type and also include a quick start utility to assign groups of tasks to clients with similar task profiles. |

Task Scheduling ConfigurationShown below is the task setup screen for one client: All Rise Robes & Tassles. You can assign a billing partner, manager and staff to each client and track deadline responsibility for the various phases of the work. If a client remains active, tasks will be cloned to the next year; however, task history will stay in the system giving you the ability to see how the work was completed in the prior year. |
